Return and Refund Policy

At G.E.N. 5 our goal is to make every experience valuable and transparent. All products and services listed on this site are digital downloads or consultation sessions. Because these items deliver instant value once purchased, all sales are final once payment is completed.

Digital Products

All ebooks, guides, and other downloadable materials are non-refundable. If you experience a technical problem such as a broken link or file error, contact us within seven days of purchase. We will verify your order and send you a working copy of the material.

Consultations and Services

Consultation sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the confirmed time. Missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered completed and are non-refundable. If a session cannot take place due to an issue on our side, a new session will be arranged at no cost.
